What is the dress code?

At Lío Mallorca our dress code is Smart Casual. Our dress code does not allow men to entry with shorts or sandals. Management reserves all rights of entry based on dress code etiquette.

What is the age limit?

All clients must be at least 18 years old both for entry to our cabaret restaurant and for entry to our Club.

What if my name appears in all tickets?

If you purchased several tickets for a group of people and all of them have your name on them, don’t worry. You can go together directly to the entrance on the same night of the event and you will all be able to enter with your ID card.

What is the refund policy for the online purchase of club tickets?

In accordance with our cancellation policy, the amount of event tickets is non-refundable. For any clarification you can contact support@xceed.com

How can I get on the guest list for the club?

There are no open guest lists but entry to the club until 1:30 am is free, from this time and depending on the corresponding party an entry a fee will be charged.

Can I get free entry to the club if I dine at Lío Mallorca?

Yes, after the dinner service and once the show ends around midnight, our diners are welcome to stay without having to pay extra admission or wait in lines. To reserve a VIP table in our club, do not hesitate to request more information at: reservasmallorca@ liogroup.com
